What we collect

• Details you give us in forms, ad forms (Facebook/Instagram/Google), calls or WhatsApp: name, mobile number, city, plot size, budget, preferred visit date, and messages.
• How you reached us (for example the ad, QR code or link you used) and basic technical data such as browser type.
• Recordings and summaries of sales calls, including calls made by our AI calling assistant. The assistant always says that it is an AI.

Why we use it

• To call or WhatsApp you about plots, prices, loans and site visits you asked about.
• To arrange site visits, bookings and paperwork.
• To measure which advertising works (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / Google Ads, if enabled).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is used by Poswal Group's sales team and service providers who run our website, CRM, calling and messaging (for example hosting, AI calling and WhatsApp providers), only to serve you. Banks get your details only if you ask for loan help.

Your choices

Storage & security
